The Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development and Sales Associate. Entrepreneurially-spirited, the Associate will work closely with the Executive Director of Sales and Head of Business Development to uncover new opportunities, develop contacts, conduct market research. You will have a rare opportunity to learn the sales process from the ground up and work on both inbound and outbound opportunities. Our team is made up of individuals who are resourceful, bright, and proactive, and work well both independently and as part of a fast-growing team.


  • Market research and creating client databases
  • Mapping new partners globally
  • CRM management
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Development of new sales and marketing materials
  • Sales support (preparation and applying for tenders, documentation for different projects)
  • Partner and Client support


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with market research techniques
